Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the customized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Initials, names, sizes, & colors selected are all customizations that make your order especially for you! We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started. If we haven't started making the item yet, we are glad to cancel/refund, should you request.

Are vinyl decals compatible with my walls/surface?

Vinyl decals will adhere to most smooth/flat surfaces. Vinyl is not advised for use on the following: -Cloth or Fabric -Raw Lumber -Canvas -Textured surfaces such as pallet wood, orange peel drywall, etc. -Cement Block, paneling, or brick -Paints that are low VOC. These paints contain an ingredient that repels dirt, dust, & fingerprints and can also repel the adhesive used on vinyl decals. -If you intend to apply your decal to wood, it must be finished first with either stain and a clear coat of poly or paint. Please allow for ample drying time (2-4 weeks )before applying the decal. This is very important! We cannot guarantee vinyl will adhere to all substrates. We offer free test decals before ordering, if interested.

What size decal should I order for my board/space?

You will need to measure your intended space before ordering. You can do this easily with a tape measure or yardstick. The dimensions of our decals are listed in height and width. Height is calculated from top to bottom, and width from left to right. The decal needs to be a bit SMALLER, in both height and width, than the surface you intend to apply it to. Are wall decals removable? Are they reusable?

Yes, indoor vinyl is removable. We use the highest quality indoor vinyl on the market, and it removes easily by simply peeling it back off very SLOWLY. The heat of a hair dryer on low just beforehand will soften the vinyl for easier removal. No, die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable. They cannot be reused, or moved/re-positioned. They are a one time use only.

If I purchase today, when will this deliver?

You can now view the estimated to deliver date range for every listing! Scroll down to the section titled: Shipping & Returns to view. The estimated delivery range is calculated by adding current production time + mail transit time. We let buyers decide the method of shipping they prefer. Our default/free option is ground saver via UPS or USPS and is the slowest method. We have three upgrades for faster production/shipping and these are available for you to select. *UPS 2nd Day Air is the fastest method we offer.* Delivery dates are estimates only and in no way guaranteed by the UPS or CVB, Inc. Please Note-We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are scanned as "Delivered" via your tracking number.

I'm not sure if vinyl will stick to my wall/surface. Do you offer sample decals?

Yes, we do offer sample decals to test with prior to making a purchase. We also offer color samples. These are free of charge, and all you need to do is send us a convo to request. Please include your name, mailing address, and the colors you are interested in seeing.

We will send a proof, however, this is an additional service that requires a fee. We have a listing in our shop that you can add to cart, along with your decal, should you desire to see a proof before your order is created/shipped. If you need help finding this listing, please send us a convo and we will send you the link to it.

Do you sell any type of boards, wood pieces, glass or mirrors?

We only sell decals. Decals are the adhesive lettering shown in our listing photos. We do not sell any type of boards, stands, flowers, pumpkins, or balloons in our shop. These items are props for styled photo taking and not included in purchase price.

Do you offer discounts to repeat buyers/event planners?

Yes! We value our returning buyers. If you are an event planner who would be ordering frequently, message us for details.

ABOUT OUR DECALS:

COLORS:
When selecting a color for your personalized wall decal, please reference the color chart in the listing photos. Our wall decals are made in the USA with the highest quality, matte-finish vinyl manufactured specifically for home decor. Your decal will look hand painted on once applied.

SIZING:
Listed sizes are for TOTAL height and width of the decal. Height is calculated from top to bottom (upper most point of the design, down to the lowest point), and width from left to right.

WHAT TO APPLY THEM TO:
Our decals will adhere to almost any smooth surface including walls, windows, mirrors, floors, cabinets, plexiglass, chalkboards, wood, foambords, and more! Our decals can easily be removed without damage to your surface or paint. While our decals are removable, they are not re-usable.

We do not advise using decals on fabrics or spandex arch covers. They work best when applied to hard/solid surfaces like those we listed above. While we do have some buyers who manage to make this work, we cannot be held responsible or refund for decals when applied to cloth/spandex. Buyer assumes all risk in this scenario.

PROOFS:
We do not send proofs as a standard practice, as this is part of what keeps our turnaround times fast and prices lower. We do offer proofing for an additional small fee. The proofing feel listing can be found in our shop. Just add this to cart along with the decal you are purchasing if you desire a proof first. Please allow additional 24 hr turnaround time for proofing.

Our decals are all custom cut to each buyer's specifications (color, size, names, dates, etc) after the orders are placed. Due to the customized, personalized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
