Custom and personalised orders

We make a custom and personalized order We can customize all products as per your requirements. You can request for changes in standard sizes, length, button types, closer types etc. There is no extra cost and we will do our best to fulfill your request. However there will be no exchanges or returns for customized orders

Care instructions Washed before using for the first time. Please note, as per our returns policy we cannot accept washed linen so we recommend trying it on your bed before washing. If line drying, please minimise prolonged and direct sun exposure where possible to safeguard the linen/cotton from uneven fading. If you plan to store your linen and cotton for a long time, please use vacuum sealed bags for storage. Whenever possible, we recommend cleaning stains as soon as they develop. Try sprinkling baking soda on the stain and then adding a few drops of vinegar. Blot (do not scrub) the stain with a paper towel to soak up the moisture, and repeat the process as necessary.

Dry Clean Re-commanded Cotton and Linen : Machine-wash your Organic Cotton and Linen Duvet Cover on a gentle cycle with similar colors in cold water. Use an eco-friendly detergent. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, or whiteners. We do not recommend fabric softeners or dryer sheets, which reduce the absorbency of cotton. As a natural alternative Lilen : machine washable (40 C/104 F); tumble dry on low heat; wash separately or with similar colors. Wrinkleless is part of linen's charm – the wrinkle the fabric, the purer it is. We do not recommend to iron your linens but if you must, do it on low heat when the garment is still a little damp.

Color Declaration : Actual Images of items in indirect sunlight are shown above. We follow WYSIWYG "What you see is what you get". The original color of items which you buy may differ minutely from the images due to camera capture sensitivity, lighting & even your system screens, so there may be a minor possibility in change of brightness & contrast. All of our items are made by humans, not machines. seasonality can affect the shades of product. This means there may be up to a 6% variation in the color of fabric. We hope you understand this is not always possible because each batch will show different seasonal color variation . so there is no refund and return related to color issue . We Use IPhone IPS display for matching colors.
