Do you accept returns, exchanges, or modifications after delivery?

Due to the customized nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for modifications after delivery. We kindly ask you to communicate any specific requests during the ordering process through our messaging conversation. We only become aware of preferences or requests if you mention them in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your inquiries!

Do you send photos before shipping the items?

Due to the high volume of orders we create and ship daily, we are unable to send photos or create samples before production and shipping.

How can I ensure that you match my color scheme accurately?

The best way to ensure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to either a) send photos or b) provide links that showcase the items or colors you want to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our messaging conversation both before and after placing the order.

Will I have to pay customs duties when ordering from the US?

Depending on current US tariff regulations, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are set by US customs and are not included in the Etsy checkout price or my shipping cost. Unfortunately, I cannot prepay these fees (no DDP available). The buyer is responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or customs.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

BellaHaven Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit, lost by the shipping company, or stolen - all circumstances that are beyond our control. Once we hand over your item to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping company directly to report any delays or lost packages. If you suspect post theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scanning point from the shipping company and file a theft report at your local police station.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund me the difference?

The paid price is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is reduced by 10% a week after your order, we will not refund the 10% difference to all previous customers.

Who is responsible for the re-delivery costs if an order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason?

If an order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason, the customer is responsible for the costs of re-delivery.

What happens if I don't respond to my photo identification request?

If we don't receive a response regarding the approval of the identification for individual orders, we will wait for one week and then proceed to place and ship the order. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and cannot hold orders beyond a certain point in time.

My order did not arrive on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times with all of our shipping carriers, and these delays increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive on a specific date, even if the tracking indicates an estimated delivery date.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

We only accept returns for non-personalized items. In this case, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
