Where can I print my personalized digital gifts?

You may print them at home with your home printer using a photo paper with 100gsm +. You can also print them at Costco, Walmart, Staples, Target or check www.yelp.com to find your nearest printing shop.

Where should I send my personalization info (e.g. names, date, photos etc.)

You can add your details in the personalization field at the right-side of the product page. or You may send them to hello@lovemementos.com via Dropbox, Google Drive, ETSY message you can email them to me directly.

Do you accept RUSH order?

Orders are fulfilled in a first come first serve basis. For digital items, you will receive them in 24-48 hours. For physical items, we don't do expedited shipping. If you're in a rush, please order a digital file.

I ordered Digital Files, where do you recommend I print it.

You can have it printed it at home, or bring to your local print shop. You can also print it at Walmart, Staples, Costco, Target or you may check www.yelp.com to find the nearest one to you.

What kind of photos do you recommend?
