I didn't contact customer service. Unfortunately, the pattern is poorly designed. It's missing darts, which are visible on the finished garments on display, and in different positions. The size lines on the pattern are shown in different colors, which made them difficult to find on the black and white print. There are no recommendations for suitable fabrics. The instructions are in English, brief, but understandable. I'm very disappointed.

I would say this is an AI-generated, faulty pattern. I'm not a beginner, and this pattern is unsewable. The description mentions paying attention to darts, but there aren't any marked on the pattern. The template for the skirt piece is also questionable. It's a shame; I was looking forward to a relaxing project to do in between other projects because I didn't feel like creating one myself.
