Digital planners are designed to work with any PDF annotation software or device. However, I’d strongly recommend using Goodnotes (iOS), Notability (iOS), or Noteshelf (Android, iOS), and using it with a tablet (iPad, Samsung, etc.) and a stylus of some kind (Apple Pencil or other).
