When will my order ship?

I try to ship all orders within 7 business days. Sometimes I'm able to ship faster, and sometimes it takes slightly longer. That said, if you have a specific date that you need your order by, please shoot me a message and I'll do my absolute best to get it there in time! If you have questions about the status of your order or want an estimated arrival date, please message me and I'd be more than happy to give you an update.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely. If there's an oil you want that I don't have in my shop, I'd be happy to work with you to come up with something. Message me!

Do you offer wholesale/bulk orders?

For the most part, yes! Message me to work out the details.

I want an oil that isn't listed on your shop anymore. Can I still buy it?

Typically, yes! An oil might disappear from my shop for many reasons, but if you've tried it before and want to order it again, please message me and I'll let you know if it's still available.
