If you choose the digital file option, you will receive a file with a Canva link within 24 hours after your purchase.
This file is for self-editing in Canva (desktop or mobile app):
🔹 Change the text (Name, Age, Date & Time, Address, etc.).
🔹 Adjust colors, sizes, and numbers.
🔹 Duplicate, delete, or move text boxes as you like.

✨ Personalized Digital File – We Edit for You
If you want a digital file but prefer us to do the editing, this option is for you! We will personalize the design with your details and send you a ready-to-use digital file.
🔹 Please fill in the personalization box at checkout with: Name, Age, Date & Time, Address, and any other important details.
🔹 We will deliver the finished file within 24 hours (excluding Sundays), as long as all necessary details are provided.
🔹 Note: To ensure timely delivery, please keep an eye on your Etsy messages in case we need to clarify anything!

📦 Printed Invitations – We Personalize for You
If you choose the printed cards option, we will personalize the design for you, then print and ship the invitations.
🔹 Please fill in the personalization box at checkout with: Name, Age, Date & Time, Address (and any other important details).
🔹 We will add your information to the design and prepare your printed invitations based on the option you selected.
🔹 Note: You have 24 hours to correct any details. After that, your order will be printed and shipped as provided.

Digital invitations (both self-edit and personalized) are very flexible: you can print them at home or at a print shop, or easily send them via text message or email.

For the Printed Invitations option:
🔹 Personalized 5” x 7” printed invitations with your details added by us (quantity and paper details as shown in the listing).

🛒 How to Order

1️⃣ Select your preferred option: Digital File (Self-Edit), Personalized Digital File, or Printed Invitations.
2️⃣ Add the item to your cart.
3️⃣ In the personalization box, enter the details for your invitation: Name, Age, Date & Time, Address (this is required for personalized digital and printed options; for the self-edit digital file it helps if you want us to pre-fill, but you can also edit it yourself).
4️⃣ Complete your purchase.

🔹 For the Digital File (Self-Edit) option: Within 24 hours you will receive a file with a Canva link to edit your template yourself.
🔹 For the Personalized Digital File option: We will edit the design for you and send the final digital file within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
🔹 For the Printed Invitations option: We will add your information to the design, print your invitations, and ship them to the address on your order.

📥 Note for Etsy App Users (Digital Files)
If you receive a downloadable file, please remember that files cannot be downloaded directly from the Etsy app.
Log into your Etsy account using a web browser (phone, tablet, or computer), go to “Purchases,” and download your file from there.
