This Star Wars Mandalorian & Grogu Snowtrooper Helmet Kit is provided as a 3D printed kit for cosplay, display, or DIY prop building. Each helmet is printed in durable PLA plastic and shipped in multiple parts, both large and small, making it easier to assemble and customize.

Please note this is a kit only — not a finished or painted helmet. To achieve the final look, additional sanding, filling, and painting will be required. Many online tutorials can help guide you through the finishing process, and this project is well-suited for hobbyists who enjoy working on cosplay armor props. The default scale of the helmet is for someone with a 22.5" head but that can be easily changed.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: This version of the Snowtrooper helmet does NOT come with a face flap at all. This is based on the unmasked look from the new film. I cannot promise that there will be a face flap that is compatible with this helmet from other vendors.*

Production and shipping typically take 1–4 weeks, as each helmet is printed to order. Photos of past orders are provided to give an idea of what the raw print looks like before finishing. No padding, lenses, or additional hardware are included, giving you the freedom to finish the helmet exactly how you like.
