Asked to cancel which they would not do and shipped the item without tracking or informing Etsy it was shipped out. Item came in crammed in a box and warped. The eyes are so far apart i can only see out of one at a time if I turn my entire head to the side. The eye blanks only fit if you shove them in the base. Do not waste your time.

Hi Skylar, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points about your order: Your cancellation request was received after the order had already been completed and shipped, so we couldn’t cancel it. A temporary system delay also caused shipping info to update late. TPU skulls can warp slightly in transit due to temperature, but this is not a defect. You can easily reshape it: Soak the skull in 60-70°C hot water for 5-10 minutes. Reshape it by hand to the original form. Cool it with cold water or let it set for 15-20 minutes. All our skulls fit eye blanks correctly, and reshaping will restore proper fit and alignment. If you need help, please contact us directly. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
