As a small handmade business, every order is meaningful to us. If anything goes wrong or you’re unsure about something, please don’t hesitate to contact us through Etsy messages. We’ll respond promptly and do everything we can to support you.

Custom and personalized orders

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following cases: – Incorrect size, design, or color selected by the customer – Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address – Customer-caused damage – Change of mind after order has been processed – Lack of personalization details provided – Refused or returned packages without prior contact We kindly ask that you double-check all information before confirming your order to help us ensure a smooth delivery.

Custom and personalized orders

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem. For size concerns, please show measurements with a ruler or tape. For incorrect or damaged items, provide images of the packaging and shipping label. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund accordingly.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our embroidered products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. However, we stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, significantly different from what was described, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. Please note that slight differences in thread color, placement, or size (up to 20%) are normal for handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

Custom and personalized orders

We allow cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. If you request a change to the design after your order has been submitted, we can accommodate your request for a $5 design adjustment fee. However, if the embroidery design has already been confirmed or production has started, 70% of the design fee will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

For custom or personalized orders, a $5 design fee applies if cancelled.
