What if I want to cancel my order?

You're free to cancel an order within 2 hours after purchase. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made and time has already been invested, it's unlikely that a cancelation is possible. This is also because the ordered product is 100% personalized, i.e., it is made and sold exclusively at the customer's request.

What can I do if I receive my Reading/Report with incorrect personal data?

Suppose a personalized Report has been made with incorrect data due to my fault. In that case, I will happily offer a free replacement with an exclusive Bonus Reading as my appology! Ensure that you reach out if this situation occurs within seven days after your purchase has been delivered. In the other case, if you gave me the wrong Birth Details while purchasing and only corrected them once I did and sent your Reading(s), you need to repurchase it with the corrected data. Please do not try to force me or threaten me in any way to redo it for free. Please be respectful of my time and work. THANK YOU!

How will I receive my reading?

All Readings are delivered as a Digital item; Nothing will be shipped to your physical address! I will send you Your 100% personalized Astrology Reading(s) to your email address within the given timeframe after purchase in high-quality PDF format. You can print it out if you wish. Psychic and Tarot Readings delivered via Etsy message in written text or PDF format (depending on what version you chose during the purchase).

Can I purchase a reading as a gift?

Absolutely!! If you know the recipients' details: Fill in the personalization box as you would do ordering for yourself. I need the recipients' name, birthdate, exact time (use am/pm), and birthplace (city/state/country). And their email address if you wish me to send them the Reading directly. If you prefer, I can send the final reading to your email address instead.

I did not receive my reading

Please check each of your email folders including spam and drafts. In the rare event that you cannot find your reading please send me a message and we can figure out what happened.

When will I receive my Reading(s)?

Since all readings are custom-made to order, your Reading(s) will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours after purchase and payment accepted by Etsy with all the necessary information/Birth details I need for the Reading(s). (Except where I state a different timeframe!) Please remember to add all your necessary information/Birth details and email address to the personalization box while ordering. If you do, it will ensure you get your Reading(s) within the given timeframe!
