Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, we are happy to include a free gift message. Add your message in the note to seller at checkout and we will send it along with your order.

Every clothing listing has a size chart photo with exact body measurements in both inches and centimetres (sizes XXS to XL, some styles to XXL). If you are between sizes, share your bust, waist and hip in a message and we will suggest the best fit before you order.

Dresses, tops, skirts, pants and sets: dry clean, or gentle wash in cold water. Dry inside out in the shade, as direct sunlight can fade the print. Do not bleach. Corsets and corset tops: dry clean, or hand wash gently in cold water. Do not twist or wring the corset; lay it flat to air dry in the shade, inside out. Scarves: dry clean, or gentle hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Bandanas and scrunchies: hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent or shampoo, gently squeeze out the water and lay flat to dry in the shade. Every piece also has its own care tag.

Custom and personalised orders

We take two kinds of custom requests: length changes and print swaps. We are not able to make other changes. Length change (+$10, any length): tell us your height and the length you would like. Print swap (+$15): browse the prints across our shop, then tell us the piece you want and the print you would like it in. You can also ask us for photos of the prints available. Tap "Request custom order" on our shop page or send us a message. We will confirm and send you a private listing with the final price. Custom pieces dispatch in 5-7 business days and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is hand block printed and stitched by our artisans in India. We dispatch in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 8-15 business days worldwide. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs depend on where you live. USA: duties are included at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. UK and Canada: we ship duties-paid (DDP) wherever the courier allows it. EU: Etsy collects VAT at checkout on orders up to 150 euros; above that, VAT and duty are paid on delivery. Other countries: local import taxes may be collected by the courier. Message us before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and with tags. Message us to start a return; return postage is paid by the buyer. Custom orders (made in a different length, print or colour for you) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the piece is defective. If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us with photos and we will make it right.

Do you offer faster or express shipping?

Yes, on request. Message us before ordering with your country and the date you need it by, and we will check express options and the extra cost for you.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each print is pressed by hand with carved wooden blocks, so small variations in colour and pattern placement are part of what makes your piece handmade and one of a kind. Screen colours can also differ slightly from the fabric.
