Do you accept returns of the packaged food items?

No. Since everything is made fresh-to-order and we are selling food, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-3 days of order receipt.

The Original Gluten Free Kitchen was started in 2018 and has been selling to wholesale and retail customers locally since its inception.

Is everything you sell safe for those with Celiac disease?

Yes! Danielle, the founder and baker, has Celiac disease herself. The kitchen is 100% safe from cross-contamination. Cross-contamination is taken very seriously.

How should the items be stored?

Once opened, we suggest keeping the products in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.

Do you accept custom orders?

Can you wrap or send a note if the order is a gift?

Sure! We will do our best to make your order look wonderful to the gift recipient!

Is your kitchen nut free?

No, the kitchen is not nut free. However, we take cross-contamination very seriously. If there is a product that we sell that does not contain nuts (some of our products contain almond flour and our granola contains nuts), you can be assured that the product is safe from cross contamination.

What is your policy on vintage items?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our vintage items. While we work hard to ensure that each piece we handpick is in the best condition possible for its age, due to the nature of vintage items, we cannot accept returns. They are often fragile and should be handled with the utmost care. Furthermore, vintage items are sold in "as is" condition. Please review the listing photos carefully and read all descriptions. Again we strive to select the best possible piece for our customers, but due to the nature of the pieces often being very old, we cannot guarantee that the items are "perfect" since they are all vintage (at least 25 years old in most cases).
