HOW THIS WORKS:

Please provide your child's details in the notes to seller box at checkout. Include the email address you would like the file sent to as well, otherwise it will be sent to the one Etsy has on file. When providing your child's information- Follow each category shown on the photo sample and provide information for each one. PLEASE try to keep the number of items per box similar to the amount shown on the sample. If this is for a first birthday, please provide number of teeth. If this is not for a first birthday, number of teeth will not be used, and an "I am 2" or whatever the age will be in that area.

Once completed, the file will be emailed to you. This file will be a 16x20 unless you specifically request an 11x14, or 8x10. Larger sizes such as 20x30 and 24x36 are available, however, please keep in mind they will look a little longer and skinnier as that is a different format.

***There will be a $5 fee for any changes requested to be made after the file has been sent unless they are something that was made in error by the seller. Please make sure to word and spell your details exactly as you want them as the seller will copy them word for word. (seller will correct any obvious spelling errors or typos).

Once the file is emailed to you, there will be printing tips and instructions in the email. Once you receive the shipping notification email from Etsy, that means your order has been emailed to your email address that Etsy has on file (unless you provided another one). Please check your spam folder as a lot of times the emails will bounce there due to the file size that is attached.


THIS IS OPTIONAL. I will not send to Walmart unless you select the Walmart pick up option. FOR THE WALMART PICKUP OPTION- If you choose this option please include your local zip code and the pickup person's name and their phone number. You WILL have to pay the printing price for it in store which is usually around $12. Prior to sending, I will send you a preview to approve and check for spelling errors in Etsy messaging, so be sure to check your messages. This preview is only to have you check for errors prior to printing, any change requests made at this time will still incur the change fee.


The colors can be changed per request. Please be sure to mention that in the notes to seller box as well.
