Are there any revisions for personalized products?

We provide unlimited revisions based on the original list you give us. We will do our best to realise your vision. You can request a change of subject from the original list twice...

Will I receive the design/poster in high resolution?

Yes! We will send you one high quality Jpeg image 18x24 inch (Rgb) for sharing online in high resolution, and one png image 18x24 inch (cmyk) for printing in high resolution...

Can you change the default sizing of the design?

Our default sizing for the designs is 18x24 Inch. However, we can make the design in your preferred sizes if you can specify them before the design process begins. You can send us a message for further details...

How long does it take for you to complete designs?

It depends on the design contents. However, we guarantee the first draft to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days upon purchasing. Afterwards, the process may change according to your revisions. FYI, we are obliged to complete and deliver the finalised design in maximum 30 days.

How can I send you my list of subjects for custom design?

You can either send us a message via Etsy chats or e-mail us from crazygiftpackage@gmail.com upon purchasing.

We can only provide a partial refund if you don't like the final design as our work takes effort and time during the process. But we can always change our creative direction and do our best to deliver the perfect gift for you with unlimited revisions.

How many custom matchboxes can I request in a listing?

We have listings for custom designs. We have a listing of 15-matchboxes in which you can request up to 5 matchboxes to have handdrawn personalised designs; in our listing of 12-matchboxes, you can request up to 3 of them to be handdrawn personalised designs; and we also have a listing of 12-matchboxes in which you can request all of the boxes to be custom designs. Maximum how long does it take for an order to be delivered?

As a policy of our shop, the product should be finalised and delivered to you in 30 days maximum starting the date of the purchase. This is a policy we made due to the idle messages. If we can communicate in a regular basis, the end product would be delivered sooner. If we cannot hear from you when the date is due, we finalise the order by sending you the latest version of the design -in high quality, of course. e.g: if you order on 1st of January, the order should be completed 1st February the latest.

You can print the "CMYK" image on a quality paper [8"x10"; 12"x"16"; 18"x24"], and the result should be perfect.
