Kinda wants to run. Balance seems ok. Sticking a bit sometimes though. Could have a bent pivot or other problems.
Decorative metal dial is very banged up. Major ding/dent by 10.
Hour and seconds hand are there. Missing the minute hand.
Poor cosmetic condition on the movement. Not too bad for scratches or spots. The plates have a darkening patina fading in from the edge. The winding wheels both have major rust spots. I think the stem is broken off in there and it may be missing part of the sleeve there.
