Where does my order ship from?

Our products ship from either the United States or Türkiye depending on the product, size, and destination. Most of our metal art ships from Türkiye through our carefully selected production partners. We work with trusted manufacturing partners chosen for their ability to deliver premium-quality metal wall art, a wider range of sizes and finishes, and reliable delivery service. This allows us to offer the best possible balance of craftsmanship, quality, and shipping experience.

What metal art sizes do you offer?

Our metal art sizes typically range from 12” (30.5cm) to 59" (149.9cm) and for select designs up to 98" (248.92cm) for the longest side of the design, whether that is width or height. Please message us if you would like to inquire about larger options than is offered in the listing.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes. If you need a different size, feel free to send a message before ordering.

What colors are available?

We currently offer our metal art in 30 different color options. Each listing includes the most popular color options in the dropdown menu; additional colors from the color chart can be selected by entering the color name in the personalization box (e.g. Orange).

How do I hang my metal art?

We offer three mounting options: 1. Sawtooth hanger: creates a clean floating look, sitting the art approximately 3/4” (1.9cm) off the wall, creating a 3D drop shadow effect and added depth. Includes a sawtooth hanger and stand-off supports attached with matching powder-coated screws. 2. Mounting holes: a secure, flush-to-wall option, especially for outdoor use. The art includes 2-3 discreet laser-cut holes ready for your hardware. No hardware included. 3. No holes: ideal for hanging with nails or small hooks through open sections of the art, or for magnetic mounting methods and adhesive strips. This option works well if you prefer to lean the piece on a shelf, mantel, or ledge, or use your own display method. No hardware included.

Can metal wall art be displayed outdoors?

Yes, powder-coated colored pieces are suitable for indoor or outdoor display. Raw steel or uncoated finishes (chrome) are best kept indoors.

Are there customs and duties fees?

- All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. - For EU orders under €150, Etsy collects and remits VAT at checkout. For EU orders over €150, import duties and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. - For UK orders under £135, Etsy collects and remits VAT at checkout. For UK orders over £135, import duties and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. - For all other international orders, customs charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing.

Do you accept custom design inquiries?

Yes, as the original designer, we are happy to discuss custom requests whether that be additions or changes to an existing design or something new just for you! Feel free to send us a message.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Each item is made to order and quality checked before it ships. In the rare instance your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and send a clear photo of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
