If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you promptly. Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings. These minor variations are normal and not eligible for refunds

Can I change my address or order details after purchase?

ou can request modifications to your order within one hour after placing it. After that, we immediately begin processing your custom design to ensure fast fulfillment, so no changes can be made once production starts. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and USPS-verified at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All our items are made to order, printed specifically for you. Therefore, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed, as damage may occur outside our control after delivery.
