To keep your rug looking its best: Vacuum regularly to prevent dirt build-up. Rotate occasionally to ensure even wear. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve color and quality. Each rug is handmade with care, and with proper maintenance, it will last for years to come.

Gift wrapping and packaging

every rug is packed with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. We understand that many of our rugs are purchased as gifts, so we also offer special gift wrapping options. Standard Packaging All rugs are securely rolled and wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Eco-friendly materials are used whenever possible. Each package is sealed to keep your rug safe from dust, moisture, and handling during shipping. Gift Wrapping Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee. Options include premium wrapping paper, fabric wrap, or kraft paper with ribbon (depending on rug size). A handwritten gift message can be included at no extra cost.
