Passport Letters and other personalised elements are printed exactly as submitted. Please check names, dates and messages carefully. If details are unclear, we may contact you through Etsy Messages; please reply promptly to avoid delay. If no reply is received before dispatch, we may use the original details supplied. Clearly personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be changed, cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started. This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Standard non-personalised products and ordinary gift wrapping remain subject to the applicable cancellation and return rights.

Will my order look exactly like the photos?

Each kit reflects the overall style and presentation shown. Small differences in placement, ribbon or hand-finished details may occur. Where disclosed and a product is unavailable, we may use a comparable alternative of equal or greater value with the same purpose and theme. We will not substitute an item if this materially changes the selected product or variation. Brands, colours, scents and packaging may vary only where disclosed. Photos may show more than one class or upgrade; your order includes only the contents and options selected at checkout. The price reflects the complete curated gift, including contents, sourcing, printed materials, assembly, presentation, packaging and included delivery where stated.

Processing, dispatch, and international orders

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after all required personalisation details are received. Busy periods may take longer where stated. Delivery dates shown by Etsy or the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. International times vary because of customs and local postal services. Buyers are responsible for applicable destination duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges not collected at checkout. We cannot mark commercial orders as gifts, reduce declared values or alter customs information. Consumer rights may vary by destination; nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights applying under the law governing the sale.

What happens if my parcel is lost or not received?

We use tracked services wherever possible. If a parcel is delayed, please check the tracking, delivery location, nominated safe place, household members, neighbours and local delivery office, then contact us promptly. Carrier investigations are time-sensitive and may require the buyer's cooperation. If tracking records delivery but the parcel cannot be found, we will review the tracking and available delivery evidence and may open a carrier investigation. A delivered scan is important evidence, but each report will be assessed using the tracking, carrier findings and applicable Etsy policies. Orders may be photographed before dispatch for verification.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Standard, non-personalised products: contact us within 14 days of delivery, then return within a further 14 days. Buyers pay return postage unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Refunds include the purchase price and any basic outbound delivery paid. We may make a lawful deduction for use, damage or handling beyond reasonable inspection. Clearly personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This does not affect rights if faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please request cancellations promptly. The two-hour cancellation request window helps us stop preparation but does not limit statutory rights applying to standard, non-personalised distance-sale orders.

Wrong variation ordered

If you believe you selected the wrong variation, upgrade, gift wrap option, personalisation choice, or delivery address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will always do our best to help before processing begins. However, many personalised orders are prepared quickly and some items may enter production shortly after purchase. Once printing, assembly, packaging, or personalisation has started, changes may not be possible. We recommend carefully reviewing all selected options, names, dates, messages, and delivery details before completing checkout to help avoid delays, disappointment, or additional costs.

Gift wrapping, packaging, and delivery address

All kits use Hintuan.Co's vintage airline-inspired presentation. Luxury Giftwrap is included only when it is shown and selected as a paid option. Where giftwrap styles are offered, please choose your preferred design; if no choice is provided before preparation, Celestial Dream may be used. Gift tags are blank unless a short name or message is agreed before dispatch. Please enter the correct delivery address at checkout; it cannot be changed after dispatch. Each order is protected for transit. Minor handling marks may occur on the outer postal packaging without affecting the internal gift presentation.

Care instructions and allergen information

Use all products according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check ingredients, allergens, dietary information and suitability before use or consumption. Patch test skincare where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Opening the outer gift box does not remove return rights. An individually sealed cosmetic, personal-care or hygiene-sensitive product may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once its hygiene seal or manufacturer packaging is opened and it cannot safely be resold. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products remain protected. Store contents in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. No medicines, tablets, supplements or feminine hygiene products are included.

Product dimensions, box sizes, and item measurements are provided within individual listings where applicable. As each kit is packed by hand and some contents may vary between variations, slight differences in arrangement, positioning, or packed weight may occur. Certain products containing bath salts, sweets, tea, chocolates, lavender, or similar items may vary slightly due to supplier packaging differences. Listing photographs are intended to demonstrate overall presentation and scale, but exact proportions may vary depending on the variation selected. If you require precise measurements or have specific sizing questions before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
