We love custom orders! Whether you need a specific ribbon color for your Vow Books, a unique wax seal shade, or a custom font for your Place Cards, we are happy to help. Please send us a message before placing your order to discuss your vision.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current processing time for handcrafted stationery and wax seals is 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping time is additional and depends on your location.

Care instructions for wax seals

To ensure your wax seal stickers remain beautiful and intact, please follow these guidelines: Handle with care – Although durable, wax seals can crack or deform under strong pressure or impact. Avoid heat exposure – Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, or high temperatures, as wax may soften or lose its shape. Store properly – Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and dust. Apply to clean surfaces – For best adhesion, apply the sticker to a clean, dry, and smooth surface. Avoid friction – Excessive rubbing or scratching may damage the surface or design of the seal.

What kind of materials do you use for your stationery?

Quality is our top priority. We use premium, 110lb cardstock paper. Every item, from our Vow Books to our Reserved Signs, is carefully inspected and handcrafted to ensure it meets our high standards for your special day.

Can I place a bulk order for wedding place cards or bridesmaid proposals?

Absolutely. We can accommodate large orders for your event. If you need more units than what is currently available in the listing, please contact us for a custom quote and a refined production timeline.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
