Our shop is based in the United States. Your robe is embroidered and shipped from the U.S. with help from our production partner in Fort Worth, Texas.

Custom robes are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer selection errors, submitted personalization errors, changes of mind, or minor color differences.

Cancellations after proof creation may incur a fee equal to 30% of the order value. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
