Great communication throughout process. The tiles are very high quality with beautiful illustrations. USPS was slow to deliver but no fault of the shop owner who stayed in constant communication with me. Highly recommend.

Packaging is the problem. I ordered two of these items at two separate times. The first arrived in a timely manner, but was crushed due to the poor packing used. Just a bubble envelope. These are semi structured cases and need to be packed in a cardboard box to retain their integrity. After relaying my disappoint to the seller, she agreed to replace immediately and acknowledged my concerns about the packaging. Then…crickets for two weeks. When I inquired about my replacement they said they were dealing with the post office and for me to be patient!!!! My second item arrived in the very same packaging as the first…no change and crumpled damage. I requested a refund for the first item. We will see how that goes.
