Hats may arrive slightly wrinkled due to the package size of shipping limitation; they can be ironed/steamed and pulled gently to straighten them out. If your hat is bent in any way please apply light steam, work back into shape by molding with your hands and allow time to dry to restore back to the desired shape. Therefore, we don't accept returns for bent/wrinkled reasons.
