Not Running. The balance itself is bent up, likely broken pivots and jewels. Hairspring looks ok.

White enamel dial has Some light hairlines and still dirty. Seconds register looks reset a little crooked or dislodged. Small chip in the edge there too. More edge chips by 3.
Hands are both broken off. No seconds hand.
Good cosmetic condition on the movement. Bright plates but with a splatter of dark spots, most prominent by the serial number. Little bit of oxide webs on the regulator ring, but otherwise the steel work all looks fabulously bright and clean. There's a broken case screw in one of the holes.
