What if my personalized care package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Olive Tree Designs is not liable for any product packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my custom gift or personalized care package item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? What are the care instructions for this item?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference? What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are business hours?

Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm MST, although we do our best to respond to questions whenever they come. Feel free to message us anytime a question arises, just know if it is outside of our normal hours, we may not be available to respond until we are open.

Where do I print my digital download?

You will receive your file in your purchases tab in your Etsy account. Immediate downloads for non customized items are there right after purchase. Customized items will be available once edited by us. Click on your purchases tab to download your file. It is best to do this on a computer, as some files don't download fully on a phone. Files can be printed at home or at your local print shop if they are small items like cards, gift tags, invitations. Larger files like posters must be printed at your local print shop. If in the USA, Costco, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Walgreens, are all great options.

How long does digital customization take?

For digital products we are editing and customizing for you, we ensure they will be completed in 24 hours, unless otherwise notified or it is a weekend.
