Derek Jul 12, 2026

These are of poor quality and are very thin not like a normal towel would not buy again.

Derek Jul 12, 2026

Response from Sayjai

Hi Derek, Thanks for your review. Our towels are made of microfiber. Premium microfiber delivers strong water absorption and rapid drying, built as a lightweight alternative to standard thick cotton towels. This slim profile is a core feature of microfiber material. We know this style may not fit everyone's expectations.

Laura May 29, 2026

Don’t bother! The worst quality towels (not sure it qualifies as a towel) and no response from seller (now three days). BUYER BEWARE!!! Adding on, the shop owner contacted me and acknowledges they are made cheaply but only will give a partial (20%) refund if I change my review! In other words, stay quiet so other people can be disappointed - bad business!!!

Laura May 29, 2026

Response from Sayjai

Hi Laura, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the towel did not meet your expectations. As stated in our listing, it is made from microfiber material, which may feel different from traditional cotton towels. We did respond to your message within 24 hours, and the 20% partial refund was offered only as a goodwill gesture for your disappointing experience, not as a condition for changing your review. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving.
