After payment, go to Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account and click “Download Files” next to your order.

What if I can’t open the file?

No, these are digital downloads only. Nothing will be shipped.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, message me with your idea and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Is commercial use included?

Yes! My Small Business License is included with your purchase. You may create and sell up to 150 physical products per design. Simply purchase the design again to renew another 150 physical products.

Can I request a different mascot?

Yes! I create many different school and team mascots. If you don’t see the mascot you need.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. Many of my mascot designs can be customized with your school or team colors. Send me the exact colors you need before ordering a custom design.

Can you change the team name or wording?

Yes! On customizable listings, I can change the mascot name, school name, team wording, number or other text shown in the design.
