Can I order a design I don't see on your listings?

Yes, you can! Due to the nature of custom orders, it requires you to contact us before your purchase. This is so we can ensure we have all the information to deliver exactly what you want at a fair price. Pricing for individual customs include the apparel item and airbrush artwork. Pricing is affected by the artwork and the type of apparel item. Factors that affect artwork are the design, detail, and how difficult it is to execute. Some of our custom orders, like those on canvases, require us to make a listing just for you. Other use the tiered pricing of our Special Request Listings. Once we've established your price through messaging, you can order using the pre-existing listing. See "How does pricing work?" to learn more.

Your shirt or hoody is ready to wear! It has been dried with a heat press – essentially sealing the paint by evaporating all the water. Wash clothing inside out, in cold water on a gentle cycle. If you love it, hand wash it and hang dry it! Spot clean hats with a mild detergent and water. No Bleach! **High end customs and specialty apparel should be hand washed and hang dried only**

Do the t-shirts and hoodies shrink when washed?

Most items are 100% preshrunk cotton. Even though it’s preshrunk, items will still shrink under normal washing conditions. However, when cared for correctly, your apparel item should experience minimal shrinking. Some of the items are high quality 50/50 blend cotton/polyester. Even when not cared for properly, shrinking is minimal. See "Care Instructions" for details on washing.

Why don't you carry some of the listed items?

Leather Jackets, Denim Apparel, and Shoes are provided by you. This ensures the item is exactly the size and fit preferred by you. Please contact the shop directly before purchase for price quotes and how to mail these items to us.

What's the difference between "custom" and "personalized"?

This is something specific to this shop. We needed an easy way to differentiate between orders that allow you to choose from one of our pre-existing designs versus full custom requests where you provide the design/image idea. Personalized Airbrush Listings are pre-existing designs you are able to choose from with the ability to change the colors and lettering. Custom Airbrush Listings require you to contact the shop as part of the ordering to process to provide us with the design so we can deliver you exactly what you want at a fair price.

How does "custom" pricing work on apparel?

Pricing is done per design. Our apparel has tiered prices for customs with a single sided design (either the front OR back) or front+back designs (each side is considered a separate design). Custom apparel listing prices are based on design complexity. Prices may be higher than listing prices when you add additional "designs" (for example: an additional side, sleeve, or hood) or more than one character to a side/design. Requesting complicated backgrounds/environments with cartoons/characters may incur a higher price than the listed averages. Standard lettering (Script, Print, Tag, or Scratch) are included with character designs. Bubble letters, street graffiti lettering, and more complicated fonts will increase the price.

Art Canvas and Print Care?

For canvas and art prints: • Be sure to avoid direct sunlight when hanging. UV rays aren't just bad for your skin, they're bad for art, too. • Your canvas artwork has been sprayed with a protective coating. You can use a soft cloth or brush to lightly sweep away any dust that may build up over time.
