📌 Machine wash in COLD water. Putting heat on the blanket will melt the fibers together and your blanket will lose its softness. 📌For best results, wash alone. 📌We recommend using regular liquid or powder detergent. Pods are not recommended to use with minky. 📌NO fabric softener. Minky fibers are fine. If the blanket is washed with softener, the water has a hard time pulling the softener from the blanket fibers. It will get trapped between the fibers and harden when it dries, leaving your blanket feeling crusty. 📌Hang it to dry. You can blow a fan on it to help dry faster. To fluff it up, you can put in the dryer for a couple minutes on an AIR setting only! Again, there can’t be any heat or it will melt the material.

I never received my order

A buyer must contact the shop within 30 days of the SHIP date to resolve any shipping issues. There are no refunds, reshipments beyond that time frame.

I misspelled my babies name!

Shoot, this really stinks! I understand mistakes happen but please be double checking name spelling before submitting an order. If you notice after the fact, message me right away. Unfortunately, if the blanket makes it to you and then you notice, I cannot fix it. With embroidery, you can't take names off and replace with a new name willy nilly, it's more complicated than that. Reach out to me and I'll give you a good discount to reorder with correct spelling. I copy and paste what you type in the personalization box so please double check this. Of course, if I still mess it up on my end, please let me know!
