2. Do I need a paid Canva account?

No! All templates work with the FREE version of Canva. No paid Canva Pro account is needed. Just create a free account at Canva.com.

3. What button pin machines are compatible?

Our templates work with ALL standard 2.25-inch (58mm) button pin machines including Tecre, American Button Machines (ABM), VEVOR, BEAMNOVA, Happizza, Caydo, and all other standard-size machines. Our templates are NOT compatible with Badge-A-Minit (BAM) machines — BAM uses a proprietary size.

4: How do I use the template?

Download the PDF after purchase → click the Canva link inside → the template opens in your free Canva account → add your own design, photo, or logo inside the circle → download → print → make your pins! A video tutorial is included with every purchase."

5: What is the bleed line and safe zone?

The bleed line is the outer circle — this area wraps around the back of the button and won't be visible on the front. The safe zone is the inner circle — keep your important design elements inside this circle so nothing gets cut off. Our templates clearly mark both circles.

6: Can I sell the pins I make with this template?

The standard licence is for personal use only (gifts, events, yourself). If you want to sell finished pins at craft fairs, markets, Etsy, or online, you need our Commercial Licence — available as a separate listing in our shop.

7: Can I make magnets, keychains, or mirrors with this template?

Yes! The same 2.25-inch circle template works for pin-back buttons, fridge magnets, keychains, bottle openers, pocket mirrors, badge reels, and more. Same template, just use different back hardware on your machine. We also have product-specific templates for each type.

8: What paper should I print on?

The manufacturer recommended paper weight is 20lb-24lb standard copy paper. 20lb-32lb paper stock is usually acceptable. Photo paper is usually too thick for most button machines. We recommend testing with regular copy paper first.

9. Can I get a custom size template?

Yes! Message me with the exact size you need and I'll create a custom template for you. Custom orders typically take 1-3 business days.
