Yes. Every wearable is made to order based on your measurements and selected design. We do not keep ready stock.

How do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, send your measurements via Etsy messages. If you’re unsure how to measure, message us before ordering and we’ll guide you.

What is the processing time?

Processing time is 10-20 business days from the date we receive complete measurements. Custom work takes time. We don’t rush tailoring.

Can I request design changes or customization?

Yes. customizations are possible. Message us before placing the order to confirm feasibility and pricing. Once production starts, design changes are not accepted.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to: • Incorrect measurements provided by the buyer • Change of mind • Fit preference issues If there is a clear workmanship defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
