1. What format are the files?

We offer three types of files: 1. Clipart in PNG with a transparent background. 2. JPEG Graphics with a solid background, often white. 3. Repeat Patterns in JPEG format.

2. Are my files in a ZIP format?

Some files are ZIP files stored on Etsy. Other files are stored on Google Drive. In those cases, you’ll receive a PDF file with a link to access the images on Google Drive.

3. How do I download my files?

After purchase, your files will be available for download directly from Etsy. Go to "Purchases and Reviews" in your account and click "Download Files" next to the order.

4. I can’t open the Google Drive link from the PDF file. What should I do?

Click on the part of the PDF that says “Click here,” and this will take you to your images. If you’re unable to click the link, here are some common solutions: 1. Device Issue: If you're using a phone or tablet, try holding down on the “Click here” text until you’re prompted to open the link. 2. PDF Viewer Compatibility: Ensure your PDF viewer supports links, or try opening it in a different app. 3. Google Account Settings: If you open the link but see an error message, check if your Google account has child-proof settings enabled. If so, try logging out of your account or pasting the link into a private/incognito browser.

5. Can I use these images for commercial purposes?

Yes, you can use the images commercially. If you are selling physical products, you can use our graphics as they are without modifications—simply add them directly to your products. For digital downloadable products, you’ll need to add your own design elements along with our graphics. For example, you can add text or additional images to create a unique final design that doesn’t directly compete with our original graphic.

6. Can I use these files for print-on-demand (POD) items?

Yes, as of August 1, 2024, your purchase includes a license for POD use. The POD license follows the same guidelines as for digital items: you need to add additional design elements to make the final product unique. For example, you can add text or other graphics to create a distinct design that doesn’t directly compete with the original graphic.

7. Can I resell the bundles or share these images?

No, digital resale or redistribution of the original files/bundles is prohibited.

8. How do I open or use the graphics?

You can open the files using image or graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, Canva, or similar programs. Photopea and Canva are free options you can use directly online.
