How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Production takes 1–7 business days (usually 2–3). U.S. shipping: Economy ~3–6 business days. Express/priority: ~2–3 business days (if chosen at checkout). Note: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I request a proof before you print?

Yes! Just request it at checkout. If no request is made, we’ll print right away. If we send you a proof and don’t hear back in 24 hours, we’ll move forward with printing to avoid delays.

Are refunds allowed if the item is late?

No. We don’t issue refunds for carrier delays. If you need your order by a certain date, please message us before purchasing so we can recommend the right shipping method.

Who makes and ships the products?

All designs are created by me! Printing and shipping are handled by my trusted U.S. production partners (Printify, Printful).

Why might the color look different than my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings (brightness, contrast, calibration). This is normal and not considered a defect. I do my best to represent the colors to you as best as I can. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions about a color you are considering.

How are blanket options different?

Minky: soft, plush, lightweight Sherpa: thick, cozy Sherpa back + micro-mink front Fleece: smooth, basic fabric (not plush) For warmth and softness, choose Sherpa or Minky.

What happens if I change my mind or want to cancel?

I try my best to meet my shipping deadlines and send you item to production as soon as I can after I have received it. Therefore, I do not accept cancellations, still feel free to reach out if you need to cancel within 24 hours, and I will do so if your item is not too far in production.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact me right away (within a few days of delivery) with photos. If the issue is on our end, we’ll repair, replace, or refund you.

Can I request custom designs not listed?

Yes! Message me your idea and number of items you need and I will let you know if I can create it, along with cost and turnaround time.

Update -- Shipping took a long time but Raven was always quick to respond and very helpful when an issue came up with my order. I would recommend purchasing from Raven. Just give yourself plenty of time to receive your order. Still waiting on my item— production was very slow. Shipping has also proven to be slow with few updates. The estimated arrival just keeps pushing back further. Hopefully will receive my item soon.
