Clown Jester Collar Neck Ruff 2 Piece Set Black & White Checkerboard with bells

Handmade Clown Jester Collar Neck Ruff that comes as a 2 Piece Set. Made from poly cotton fabric this collar features a long 8 point jester collar made in black and Black and white checkerboard fabric with an elastic neck with white and black jingle bells on the opposite colored point.
The top ruff collar is made with mismatched solid Black with Black & White Checkered fabric that is trimmed in Black with a satin ribbon that ties on. These pieces can be layered as shown or worn separate, depending on the look.
Elastic is made at 16" with tons of stretch to go over the head. Ruff is free size, tie on.
