Q: What is the difference between Velveteen Plush and Sherpa Fleece?

*Velveteen Plush: This is a lightweight, silky-smooth blanket. It is flowy, soft to the touch, and has a flat pile, making it perfect for year-round use, layering, or draping over a couch.

*Sherpa Fleece: This is a much thicker, heavier, dual-layered blanket. It features a smooth printed front and a plush, cream-colored, faux-wool (Sherpa) backing. It is our warmest option, perfect for chilly winter nights.

Q: Which blanket shows the printed design better?

*Both blankets showcase our designs beautifully! However, because the Velveteen has a flatter, smoother surface, the fine details often look just a little bit crisper. The Sherpa front has a slightly softer, fleecy texture, which gives the print a cozy, painted feel.

Q: How thick are these blankets?

*The Velveteen blanket is relatively thin and lightweight—think of it like a luxurious, oversized throw rather than a heavy winter quilt. The Sherpa blanket is thick and substantial due to the fluffy faux-sheepskin backing.

Q: Are the blankets printed on both sides?

*No, our designs are printed on the front side only. The back of the Velveteen blanket is crisp white, and the back of the Sherpa blanket is a fluffy beige color.

Q: How do I care for my personalized blanket?

*To keep the colors vibrant and the fabric soft, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Please do not bleach, dry clean, or iron your blanket!

*Please note: Due to variations in the production process, blankets may arrive up to 3" shorter than their listed size.
*Designs on products sold are designed by the seller and may use AI and are uniquely personalized or customized based on the buyers direction.
*Since these designs are personalized, and in order to fit names or phrases into the design, the final design is at the discretion of the seller. Aspects of the design including the personalization may need to be moved or made smaller or larger, to fit everything in.

*Products go to production in 1 HOUR of you ordering. Custom orders CANNOT BE CHANGED after this 1 hour period.

DELIVERY:
Production and shipping occur during Monday to Friday only.

*U.S. MAINLAND averages 6 business days, but may take 3-12 business days.

Unfortunately, once it quickly leaves our hands, we no longer have control over the time it takes, and must rely on the United States Postal Service.

*HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, and APO (Army / Air Force) may take an additional 30 business days.

CHANGING CUSTOMIZED INFORMATION:
Please check your order details carefully before placing your order! Please select your options carefully and double-check spelling before placing the order.

*If you write ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in the personalization box, then your product phrase will have ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. The exception is cursive (written) font designs, where all capital letters WILL BE CHANGED to first letter capitalized (written fonts do not look good all capitalized).
*If a proper name is entered as all lowercase, this WILL BE CHANGED to first letter capitalized. All other phrases, nicknames, sayings etc. will be made as is, just as you write them in the personalization box.
*If the order information is incorrect, please CONTACT US WITHIN 1 HOUR. Order information cannot be changed once the product enters production.

In order to get products to production and sent to you as quickly as possible, we DO NOT provide proofs. Please read our many positive reviews that state the product received was exactly as shown in the listing, to be assured you will receive exactly what you have ordered.
