Once your purchase is complete, you'll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can click “View your files.” You’ll also receive a download email from Etsy. You can always access your files anytime at Account → Purchases (https://etsy.com/your/purchases). Please note: The Etsy app does not support file downloads. For best results, download using Chrome or Safari.

2. How do I access my editable template?

After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF that contains the link to your editable Canva template. Open the PDF → click the link → start editing instantly in Canva (a free account works!). Canva can be used on mobile, tablet, or desktop, but editing on a computer is recommended for best accuracy and printing quality.

3. The link isn’t working. What should I do?

Please make sure you opened the PDF file downloaded from Etsy. If the link still isn't working, just send me a message — I’ll resend the template link to you right away!
