Vintage Faber Castell Metal Pencil Box

Adorable metal AW Faber Castell pencil box. The exterior is in good vintage shape, with a slight amount of marking/discoloration/rubbing. The patina shows the box's vintage authenticity. It opens and closes well, and the original paper insert is included.

The front includes a picture of two jousting knights and two castles. Inside the lid is an explanation of the different degrees of drawing pencils, from 7B to 9H. This would have held type 2H pencils. A lovely collector's piece for your bookshelf or to use as originally intended. No pencils included.
