UC means Union Céramique, a union of small manufacturers in Limoges.
The plate is definitely Art Deco with gilded motifs and floral multicolor patterns; it is hand painted see details on photos.
It is Stamped in the back as well as hand marked with a pbatch number 93.
Very well preserved.
Please note the plate has knife scratch marks in the center, only visible by tilting the plate.
