PlantStaples Easy Plant Anchor for Aquariums - Durable PETG Staples

PlantStaples plant anchors are the simplest, cheapest, and most effective method for holding aquatic plant stems down. Many stems have nearly nothing to anchor them to lighter or shallower substrates, leaving them to float up and cause headaches and get stuck in filters. PlantStaples are a small, simple, staple-shaped anchors that are meant to simply hold down 1-3 stems each by pushing them into the substrate. They feature large barbs to stay in the substrate, and when fully pushed down are essentially invisible.

Many plant anchors also introduce issues with rooting in plants. Stem plants should be able to grow roots after being planted, and using a lead or ceramic weight prevents this and causes the plant to eventually die. PlantStaples simply hold the stem down but still allow plenty of space for the plant to root, growing as healthy as possible.

PlantStaples are available in multiple colors to match your substrate, they’re fully aquarium safe for all plants and livestock, and they’re durable and reusable.

Each PlantStaple is about 20mm tall and designed to hold 1-3 stems.
