I don't allow returns or exchanges ....ONLY rare occasions when I have made a MAJOR error. I would then offer an exchange in store as a refund. If that happens you MUST contact us with 48 hrs of receiving your order and if an exchange is approved, the item be sent within 48 hours after our communication. Items purchased and worn for special events may not be returned. We are not a rental facility. No refunds on issues based on the FIT of a garment. I carefully measure and I expect you to do the same with your own sizing before purchasing. Please make inquiries if you need help with sizing.
