I need 10 napkins but you only have 5 listed. Can I order more?

If you need a greater quantity of napkins than what appears to be available, please send me a PM! Often times I have more of each design than what I have listed as available, because I try to hold some back to include in my napkin surprise packs. Additionally, with some designs, I can order more from my supplier and receive them within a day or two. Other suppliers take a few weeks.

I need a napkin that I don't see in your inventory, are you able to acquire it?

I have access to thousands of napkins designs and am more than happy to bring in any design you desire that I have access to, whether you only need 2 individual napkins or 100 full packs. Special orders can take from as little as couple of days to reach me up to about 3 weeks depending on which of my suppliers carries that particular design.

How long will it take my order to reach me?

I am shipping your napkins from Ontario, Canada, and I ship worldwide, so this can be difficult to answer. What I can tell you is I mail your order as quickly as I possibly can, it rarely takes me longer than by the next business day. I almost always ship regular lettermail, as this helps me to keep costs low. On average I would say to expect your order in about a week, but I have had napkins get all the way to the Netherlands in 48 hours, and on rare occasions I have had them get held at customs and take 3 weeks to reach the USA. Of course if you absolutely need your napkins ASAP, please feel free to contact me before placing your order and we can discuss faster, tracked shipping options!
