⭐️ How do I set up my icon and wallpaper bundle?

I hope the tutorials are helpful, but I am also available anytime to help with any steps!

📥 How will I receive my purchased goodies?

Etsy will automatically email your goodies to you and they should also be available for download from your 'purchases' page as soon as the purchase is processed. You will receive a .PDF containing the Google Drive folder link with all of your new goodies inside! However, occasionally on some devices (such as mobile) the download link won't show up straight away; in this case, please contact me and I will directly send you the link to goodies as soon as possible!

💌 Where can I contact you?

I am available anytime via Etsy direct messaging or via email! For Etsy Messaging: Click the speech bundle / chat button anywhere on my page to send me a message! I also send a 'thank you' message directly to every customer so you can reply to that message (found in your Etsy Inbox) if there is anything I can help you with! For email: I'm available anytime at oakfrogs@gmail.com I will always reply within a few hours, however I am based in the UK so occasionally the time zones might mean I take up to 12 hours to reply! Regardless, I will be with you as soon as possible to help out!

🛠️ What can I do if I can't use the bundle or don't like it?

I am super dedicated to creating artwork that will bring you joy, so if you aren't happy with your purchase or discover that your device is not compatible (see 'Which devices are compatible?' below) then please contact me anytime via Etsy messaging or email (oakfrogs@gmail.com) and I will be very happy to offer you assistance and / or a full refund! :)

📱 Which devices are compatible?

Custom icons and widgets can be added to: - All iPhones and iPads (That have operating system ios14 [released in 2020] - Most Android phones (including Samsung, Google, oneplus, Xaomi...) - Most desktops / computers / laptops Custom wallpapers can be added to all devices that allow you to change the wallpaper background :) If you are unsure if your device will be compatible, you can send me a message or email with the make and model of your device and I will let you know! I provide full tutorials for iPhone, iPad, Android and desktop, will also be here at any time to guide you through the process. 🌟 You will receive a full refund if your device ends up not being compatible or if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way! :)

🧾 What will I receive with my purchase?

1 .PDF file type containing a link to a Google drive folder. This google drive folder contains all of your purchased artworks, organised per device into labelled folders (For info on why I use a .pdf with a link inside, please see the FAQ section below) If your device cannot open .PDFs, please message or email me and I'll send you the link to your Google Drive folder directly, which can be opened by any device with an internet connection

Upon purchase, you will receive a .PDF with a Google drive link inside. This Google drive link contains your purchased artworks that you are able to browse and download If you would prefer your goodies sent to you within a .ZIP folder instead of a .PDF, please contact me and I will prepare that for you! Additionally, if your device cannot open .PDFs, please message or email me and I'll send you the clickable *link* to the Google Drive folder directly, which can be opened by any device with an internet connection! If you ever lose access to your Google Drive link, please contact me and I will retrieve it for you immediately - your purchased artworks are *yours* to keep forever, and I will always make sure you have easy access to them

I have been interested in getting into phone customization for probably literally years, but my first time trying it, I got overwhelmed both with the complexity of editing itself, but also I was using a lot of free apps that were full of ads and ugly icons, and felt like I was installing malware onto my phone.
