Can I see a digital preview before the print is shipped?

For prints, yes of course! please request this in the comments box at checkout. Please note however we don't do proofs for greetings cards or Digital Files. One set of changes will be allowed after the proof has been sent but additional changes will be subject to extra charges. The dispatch date may need to be delayed depending on when we receive your response and/or how many changes need to be made.

I don't see the breed I would like on your listing, can you change an existing one do a custom illustration?

We are not able to do custom illustrations but we may be able to change the colours of some existing images depending on your requirements.

I made an Error on the order, can I change it?

Please notify us of the change via Etsy messages ASAP and if we haven't already printed your order we will be able to change it. Please also include your name and order number in the message so we can locate your order. We cannot change the delivery address however.

I am ordering a personalized printable file but it is still charging me shipping, can this be removed?

Please use the Coupon Code "DIGITAL" to remove any shipping charges that are added at checkout. Alternatively if you forget to apply the coupon we can refund the shipping after the order has been placed.

Can I send an item as a gift to someone else?

Yes, please enter their address in the "Delivery Address" section at checkout, not in the personalisation or notes to seller boxes. A Gift wrap and/or Gift Message option is also available during checkout. Please note, the addition of a gift note cannot be made after the order has already been placed.

I ordered a Digital File, when and where will I receive it?

Digital Files are sent to your email address. Please refer to our current turnaround times.

Will my order have tracking?

We send all International orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses) with tracked shipping, for UK orders please select one of the Tracked upgrades available at the checkout page.

Can I change the text or add extra personalised text?

If you would like any different or additional text that is outside the scope of the personalisation instructions, please reach out to us before placing your order to see if we are able to accommodate your requirements as sometimes there is not enough space or we need to charge a little bit more for the extra work.
