⭐ Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Each item is made to order, so **we do not accept returns or exchanges**. Please double-check sizing and color info before ordering. ❗ If your order arrives **damaged or incorrect**, send us a **photo within 14 days**, and we’ll fix it for you — no worries. 🕐 Need to cancel? Message us within **1 hour** of ordering. After that, production starts and the order can't be canceled.

⭐ Can I make changes to my order?

If it’s **within 1 hour** of placing your order and printing hasn’t started yet, we can adjust the **size, color, design, quantity, or address**. After production begins, we cannot make any changes.

⭐ I received my order but there’s an issue — what do I do?

If anything’s wrong with your order, send a **clear photo within 14 days of delivery**, and we’ll resolve it. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives — problems reported after 14 days may not be eligible for correction.

⭐ Do you sell the design files (SVG, PNG)?

No. All of our designs are original and are sold as finished printed products only. We do **not sell** digital files or transfer sheets. If you see our designs being sold elsewhere, it may be unauthorized — please shop with caution.
