This is stunning and powerful athame - made with an upcycled bone blade (probably cow bone) and an English Oak Wood Handle.

The blade is bound on with artificial sinew, and the wood has had a coat of beeswax polish.

The Athame measures about 12 inches in length.

Oak is associated with strength and courage.

Athame's are ritual knives, not intended to be used to cut objects with.


Each athame we offer is unique and one of a kind - you will receive the athame pictured.

Orders totalling $35 made in one transaction ship for free! For smaller orders we offer generous postal discounts for multiple items purchased in one transaction - Etsy will apply this discount at checkout.

Should your order go missing in the post (which happens very rarely), the loss is now covered by Etsy's buyer protection program - should this happen, please contact us via Etsy for help.

Please note: All our items are sent with tracked mail. We very much want all of our customers to be happy with what they receive, so we do accept returns - please contact us within three days of the item arriving with you, we must have the item returned to us in the same condition that it left us in. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.
