Gift wrapping and packaging

Most jewelry and small accessories are sent in a white jewelry gift box with ribbon & bow and are ready for gifting. Some come in specialized boxes. Custom gift wrapping can be purchased at checkout. Just pick the paper/bow combination you like and send me a message on that page with your choice and what you would like the gift tag to say.

What you should do before you purchase

• Fully read the description of the articles for purchase. If there are any defects I will point them out. • View all of the pictures. Pictures are enlarged to show details. Please be sure to read the descriptions for the actual measurements and weights. • If you have any questions contact me before purchase

Do you accept “Best Offers “

• Occasionally I will negotiate the price or accept a best offer that is reasonable. I usually only do this for item NOT already on sale.

How can I get my country included in your shipping profiles?

From the page of the item you want click on "Ask a Question" Tell me the country you live in and your postal code. I will calculate what the shipping will be and send you a response. If you wish to still purchase the item I will add it to my places I ship to and tell you when it is done.

What do I do if my purchase is lost or arrives damaged?

All USA purchases are sent insured for the full value that you paid. If it arrives damaged be sure to. 1. Save the box and all packaging material. 2. Contact me as soon as possible so I can explain the process of filing a claim. 3. If you think it might be lost A. Contact me as soon as possible. I will track the package and let you know the status. You can track it yourself if you wish to but I am more than willing to do this for you. B. If lost I will file the claim for you. This is a long process though but I will explain all the steps and keep you informed.
