How long will it take my item to ship?

Please understand these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. So many factors can play a role in these times, that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. In order to be transparent, it is always a good idea to know these products are “custom and made on demand” to cement the notion that these products take time to process, cut and ship them. During off-peak months the majority of orders are processed within 4-7 business days on average and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, around holidays, and major sporting seasons, orders are processed within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping. Production and shipping times may increase around major holidays.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Hopefully, one day we hope to grow to be able to ship outside of the United States, but currently no we do not.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Since we use multiple facilities we cannot guarantee any shipper couriers. We do not recommend using PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box for example UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes. If the order is shipped to a PO Box and the courier cannot deliver the order, a return to sender (RTS) will be processed. The order will then be delivered back to the origin facility for us to reship and we will also have to recharge you the shipping fee as we are charged on our end to receive the returns and then to reship it.

What happens if the tracking says its delivered, but it is no where to be found?

On orders that show delivered and the customers have not received, we have the customer check with everyone in their household as someone else might have brought it in. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different door. In our experience, usually the package is located. Most orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations where UPS does the first part and then the final delivery is done by USPS so we also suggest having the customer contact their local post office and many times they can get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. They can also provide a GPS location to where the order was delivered.

What do I do if my package is lost?

The majority of US orders are shipped UPS MI where UPS does the first half then they hand the orders off to USPS for delivery. Since there is a hand-off between the two couriers we can sometimes seen delays between USPS receiving from UPS or them scanning in the orders. We ask that you please allow 10 delivery days of no movement before you reach out for us to replace or refund as it's likely delayed and not lost.

Where are returns sent?

We never take any returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with the quality of your order please email us with pictures, so that a claim may be made.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a damaged or misprinted product?

If it is an issue where it’s the wrong product or a bad graphic, just send us a picture of what was received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement whichever the customer prefers. US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date. What we need to make a replacement order or refund: 1. Please provide the customer name and email. 2. Please provide the order number 3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item. 4. Please confirm if the customer prefers a replace or refund. Once replaced, we can't guarantee it can be canceled if the customer decides they prefer a refund.

What if I need to change the customer's address?

Please contact us with the shipping name, order ID and the updated address, if the order is pending we can update the shipping address on the order. We cannot guarantee the addresses can be updated once the orders are in production.

How do I make changes or cancel an order?

If the order is in production and you need to update the shipping address, order details or cancel please email us with: 1. Name and email on the order. 2. Order number. 3. The changes that need to be made. (Please keep in mind we can not change the graphic or product.) It is important that you act swiftly, because some of our print facilities do not allow us to change or cancel an order once it has been placed with them.
