Our items are not dishwasher safe/microwave sage. Even our "Sublimation" items that are printed onto the jar require handwashing. This will keep the longevity of the product.

To care for your item & for best & long lasting use, gentle hand washing w/mild soap (Do not to scrub/soak the design) is highly recommended to preserve the illustration. Immediate drying (pat dry only).

For sublimation items - the item is fully transferred by ink to the item.

For out "vinyl" designs the writing/design on your is made with a strong outdoor durable vinyl that stay completely intact. It is waterproof and can withstand gentle washings of the product.

Be sure to take proper care of your item and follow all cleaning instructions provided with your product.

Turnaround time is between 1-1.5 weeks before shipping. Shipping time varies depending on location.

Within the US almost all items are shipped priority which takes an average of 2-4 business days (not guaranteed as sometimes packages due get delayed)

Items Shipping OUTSIDE the US
Transit times can vary dramatically & cannot guarantee any delivery dates - this is the buyers responsibility to plan accordingly as sometimes items get stuck in customs & in some cases can take up to a month or so.

Packages once they leave the US may not "update" their tracking as it is up to the destination country to update the package once it arrives....some do, some don't.

If your item arrived damaged by the carrier please follow these instructions in order to fix the issue.

The quality is excellent. The cookie jar was a big hit with my mom. She is 93 and would normally have issues because of her arthritis opening any jar with a seal, but this is tight enough to keep cookies fresh yet easy for her to open. She loves it!!

I did not receive my order before Christmas. Not to the fault of seller. They helped me as much as possible without any hesitation. We're very apologetic and kind. Made it up to me very well I will again purchase from them. Once the purchase arrived it was not as big as expected but was exactly as I ordered and beyond expectations.
